Return Policy – Recovitech

Thank you for shopping with Recovitech! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software/products

  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

  1. Contact us at recovi.tex@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For size or color exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds?

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
